We are happy to assist you with any repair or warranty problems that you may experience. However, warranty repairs are ultimately the responsibility of the product's manufacturer. We may know of a quick and easy fix for your problem, and we may even have spare parts in stock to simplify the process and get the glasses back on your face as fast as possible.
We have a full service lab that can custom make replacement lenses for all of the sunglasses that we well. We can make standard sunglass lenses, as well as Polarized, Tinted, Transition day-night, lenses with color mirror chrome coatings, and Extreme Wrap Prescription lenses. We can really make a unique custom pair of glasses for you.

Gatorz Lifetime Rebuild Warranty
Warranty and Replacements:
From the date of purchase and with receipt, GATORZ provides a two-year warranty for aluminum sunglasses and a one-year warranty for plastic sunglasses. This warranty covers breakage and defects due to material and/or workmanship. GATORZ will repair or replace any current style that is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.
For Warranty or Replacement Service:
Call GATORZ Warranty Department at 800-767-4287 or email customerservice@gatorz.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Once you receive your RA#, you will be given detailed instructions regarding the return process. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.

All OutLaw Eyewear Aluminum Sunglasses come with a 2 year warranty against Manufacturers Defects on the frame. Lenses are not covered by any warranty. Replacement lenses are available at a very reasonable cost. Lens problem rarely happen as we use thicker lenses than our competitors, but damage can happen.
Damage due to sunscreen, military use, war, acts of god, or dissasters is not covered under the standard warranty. A separate warranty is available for military or industrial purchases.
We will repair or replace the frame at our option in a timely manner.
If your sunglasses are out of warranty, please contact us anyway as we can often help. We do our best to support our loyal customers for life. A repair or trade-up will be available so you can use your sunglasses for as long as you own them.
Many replacement parts are available for us to sent out to you.

WildSide Eyewear Warranty
Wildside Eyewear are fully warranted one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Wildside Eyewear are individually handmade in the USA.
Please note: Warranty does NOT cover scratched lenses or accidental breakage or damage.
Repairs of defects for sunglasses under warranty are usually at no charge. However, you will be required to show proof of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts and transaction records.
